Live Bots 365 uses a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits and they are consumed as you use the platform — for calls, SMS messages, phone number rentals, and other services. This model gives you full control over your spending with no surprise bills. You only pay for what you use.
How Credits Work
Credits are the currency of the Live Bots 365 platform. One credit equals one cent (USD). When you purchase a credit bundle, the credits are added to your account balance immediately and never expire. Credits are consumed in real time as you use the platform.
You can view your current balance, recent usage, and a detailed transaction history in the Billing section of your dashboard. Setting up low-balance alerts is recommended so you never run out of credits unexpectedly during an active campaign.

Setting Up Low-Balance Alerts
To avoid service interruptions, configure a low-balance alert in Billing > Alerts. When your balance drops below the threshold you set, you will receive an email notification. You can also enable auto-recharge, which automatically purchases a credit bundle when your balance falls below a specified level.
Auto-recharge is especially recommended if you are running ongoing campaigns — running out of credits mid-campaign will cause calls to stop immediately.
Understanding Your Bill
Your billing history shows every credit transaction with a timestamp, description, and amount. Common entries include:
- Credit Purchase: When you buy a credit bundle.
- Call Charge: Per-minute charge for each call, billed at the end of the call.
- Number Rental: Monthly charge for each phone number, billed on the anniversary of purchase.
- SMS Charge: Per-segment charge for each SMS sent.
