Live Bots 365 uses a straightforward billing model based on your subscription plan plus usage-based charges for call minutes and phone number rentals. Understanding how billing works will help you estimate costs accurately and avoid unexpected charges.
All charges are billed monthly. Your subscription fee covers the platform access and a base allocation of call minutes. Usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at your plan's per-minute rate. Phone numbers are billed separately at a flat monthly rate per number.
What You Are Billed For
A monthly fee that covers platform access, your included call minutes, and the features available on your plan tier. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
Each minute of AI call time (inbound or outbound) consumes minutes from your plan's allocation. If you exceed your included minutes, additional minutes are charged at your plan's overage rate. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest whole minute.
Each phone number you rent is charged a flat monthly fee. The fee varies by number type and country. Numbers are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
Each SMS message sent through the platform is charged at a per-message rate. The rate varies by destination country.
Monitoring Your Usage
You can monitor your current month's usage at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. The usage dashboard shows your remaining call minutes, the number of calls made, and your estimated bill for the current period. This helps you avoid surprises at the end of the billing cycle.
We recommend setting up usage alerts — available in Billing → Alerts — to receive an email notification when you reach 75% and 90% of your included minutes. This gives you time to upgrade your plan or pause campaigns before you incur overage charges.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
You can change your plan at any time from Billing → Subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately — you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period, so you retain your current plan's features until then.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your subscription, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your assistants will be deactivated and your phone numbers will be released. Your call history and data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
