A campaign is an outbound calling job that instructs your AI assistant to call a list of leads automatically. Campaigns are the engine behind large-scale outbound operations — whether you are reaching out to hundreds of prospects, following up with past customers, or reminding patients about upcoming appointments.
The power of campaigns is that they run autonomously. Once you configure and launch a campaign, Live Bots 365 handles the dialing, the conversations, the voicemail detection, and the result logging — all without requiring any manual effort from your team. You can monitor progress in real time and review outcomes in your Conversations dashboard.
Campaign Components
| Component | Purpose |
|---|---|
| AI Assistant | The agent that conducts the conversations. You select which assistant to use for the campaign. |
| Lead List | The contacts the campaign will call. You can import leads via CSV or add them manually. |
| Phone Number | The caller ID that will appear on recipients' phones when the campaign dials out. |
| Schedule | The days and hours during which the campaign is allowed to make calls. |
| Retry Settings | How many times to retry unanswered calls and how long to wait between attempts. |
| Voicemail Behavior | Whether to leave a voicemail message or hang up when the call goes to voicemail. |
| Concurrent Calls | How many calls the campaign can run simultaneously (parallel dialing). |
