Live Bots 365 provides a powerful dashboard builder that lets you create personalized views of your AI assistant's performance. Instead of navigating through multiple reports, you can build a single dashboard that shows exactly the metrics you care about — updated in real time. Custom dashboards are especially useful for team leads, managers, and business owners who need a quick overview without diving into raw data.
Default Dashboard
When you first log in, you will see the default dashboard with key metrics across all your assistants and campaigns. This includes total calls today, active campaigns, recent conversations, and overall performance trends. The default dashboard is a great starting point, but most users quickly find they want to customize it to focus on their specific goals.
Creating a Custom Dashboard
Navigate to Dashboards in the left sidebar and click New Dashboard. Give it a descriptive name — for example, "Sales Team Overview" or "Customer Support Metrics." You can create multiple dashboards for different teams, campaigns, or time periods.

- Specific Assistant: Compare performance across different AI assistants.
- Specific Campaign: Track the results of a particular outbound campaign.
- Phone Number: Analyze performance for a specific inbound number.
Sharing Dashboards
You can share dashboards with team members by clicking Share and entering their email addresses. Shared users can view the dashboard but cannot edit it unless you grant edit permissions. You can also generate a read-only shareable link for stakeholders who do not have a Live Bots 365 account.
