How Integrations Work
Live Bots 365 integrations work in two directions:
Outbound (Live Bots 365 → Your Tools): When a call ends or a specific event occurs (appointment booked, lead qualified, voicemail left), Live Bots 365 sends data to your connected tools via webhooks or direct API calls. For example, when an appointment is booked, the details are automatically added to your calendar and a record is created in your CRM.
Inbound (Your Tools → Live Bots 365): Your other tools can trigger actions in Live Bots 365 via the API. For example, when a new lead is added to your CRM, you can automatically add them to an outbound calling campaign.
Getting Started with Integrations
The easiest way to start integrating is through Zapier or Make. These no-code platforms provide pre-built connectors for thousands of apps and allow you to create automated workflows (called "Zaps" or "Scenarios") that trigger based on Live Bots 365 events.
