Billing & Call Minutes

Understand how call minutes work, how they are consumed, and how to manage your balance.

Live Bots 365 uses a credit-based billing model where the primary unit of consumption is the call minute. Understanding how minutes are counted and consumed will help you plan your usage and avoid unexpected charges.

What Are Call Minutes?

A call minute is one minute of active AI-powered conversation. Minutes are deducted from your account balance in real time as calls progress. If a call lasts 3 minutes and 45 seconds, you are charged for 4 minutes (rounded up to the nearest full minute).

Minutes are consumed only when the AI assistant is actively engaged in a call. Time spent in voicemail detection, ringing, or hold does not count toward your minute balance.

How Credits Work

ItemDetails
Credit PurchaseCredits are purchased in advance and stored in your account balance.
Deduction TimingCredits are deducted in real time as each call progresses.
RoundingCalls are billed in one-minute increments, rounded up.
Low Balance AlertsYou can configure email alerts when your balance drops below a threshold.
Auto Top-UpOptional automatic recharge when your balance falls below a set level.
Unused CreditsCredits do not expire and carry over indefinitely.

Additional Costs

Beyond call minutes, there are a few other billable items to be aware of:

Phone Number Rental

Each phone number you rent through the platform incurs a monthly fee. Rates vary by country and number type (local, toll-free, mobile).

Outbound Call Rates

Outbound calls to certain international destinations may carry an additional per-minute surcharge on top of your standard call minute cost.

SMS Messages

Sending SMS messages via mid-call tools or campaigns is billed separately per message segment.

Voice Cloning

Creating a cloned voice may consume a one-time credit allocation depending on your plan.

Monitoring Your Usage

Your current credit balance is always visible in the top-left corner of the Live Bots 365 dashboard. You can view a detailed breakdown of usage by date, assistant, campaign, and call type from the Billing section of your account settings. This helps you identify which campaigns or assistants are consuming the most minutes and optimize accordingly.

Important: Keep Your Balance Topped Up

If your credit balance reaches zero, active campaigns will pause and inbound calls will not be answered by the AI. We strongly recommend enabling auto top-up or setting a low-balance alert to avoid service interruptions.
