The Leads section of your dashboard gives you full visibility into every contact in your campaigns — their call status, conversation outcomes, and data. Effective lead management helps you keep your data clean, identify high-value contacts, and ensure your campaigns are running efficiently.

Viewing Leads

You can view leads at two levels: the campaign level (leads within a specific campaign) or the global level (all leads across all campaigns). From the campaign detail page, you will see a table of all leads with their current status, number of call attempts, and last call date.

Click any lead to open its detail view, which shows the full call history, transcript links, and all data fields associated with that contact. This is useful for reviewing how a specific conversation went or for troubleshooting why a lead did not convert.

Filtering and Searching

Use the filter controls to narrow your lead list by status, date range, campaign, or custom field values. For example, you can quickly pull up all leads with a "No Answer" status to see how many are pending retry, or filter by "Completed" to review successful conversations. The search bar lets you find specific leads by name or phone number.

Editing Lead Data

You can edit a lead's data fields at any time — even while a campaign is active. This is useful when you receive updated contact information or need to add context before the lead is called. Changes take effect immediately and will be available to the assistant on the next call attempt.

Marking Leads as Do Not Call

If a lead requests not to be contacted again, you can mark them as "Do Not Call" (DNC) from their detail page. DNC leads are permanently excluded from all future campaigns. This is an important compliance feature — maintaining a clean DNC list is a legal requirement in many jurisdictions, including under the TCPA in the United States.

Compliance Note

Always honor DNC requests promptly. Failing to do so can result in significant legal penalties. We recommend configuring your AI assistant to automatically flag leads as DNC when they request to be removed from your calling list — this can be done by adding a "Mark as DNC" tool to your assistant.

Exporting Leads

You can export your lead data at any time as a CSV file. The export includes all data fields, call statuses, and outcome information. This is useful for syncing results back to your CRM, sharing campaign outcomes with your team, or archiving records.
