Mass & Parallel Dialing

Mass dialing and parallel dialing allow your campaigns to make multiple calls simultaneously, dramatically reducing the time it takes to work through a large lead list. Instead of calling one contact at a time, the platform can dial dozens or hundreds of contacts in parallel — each receiving an individual, personalized AI conversation.

This is one of the most powerful capabilities of AI calling. A human sales team might make 50–100 calls per day per rep. A Live Bots 365 campaign with parallel dialing can make thousands of calls per day — all running simultaneously, all with consistent quality.

Concurrent Call Settings

The concurrent calls setting in your campaign configuration determines how many calls can be active at the same time. For example, setting concurrent calls to 10 means the platform will always have up to 10 active calls running simultaneously, dialing the next lead as soon as one call ends.

Phone Number Rotation

When running high-volume parallel dialing, it is important to use multiple phone numbers and rotate between them. Carriers monitor call volume from individual numbers — if a single number makes too many calls in a short period, it may be flagged as spam and blocked. Number rotation distributes the call volume across multiple caller IDs, reducing this risk.

As a general guideline, limit each phone number to no more than 100–150 outbound calls per day. For a campaign dialing 1,000 contacts per day, you would want at least 7–10 active phone numbers in rotation.
