Live Bots 365 offers phone numbers in dozens of countries worldwide. Pricing varies by country, number type (local, toll-free, or mobile), and whether the number includes SMS capability. This page explains how number pricing works and what to expect when purchasing numbers in different regions.
How Phone Number Pricing Works
Phone numbers are rented on a monthly basis. The rental fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle and covers your right to use that number for inbound and outbound calls. Rental fees are separate from per-minute call charges — you pay for the number itself, and then separately for the minutes you use.
When you release a number, the rental fee is not refunded for the remaining days in the billing cycle. Plan your number purchases accordingly, especially if you are testing different numbers or regions.

Local vs. Toll-Free Numbers
Local numbers have a geographic area code that matches a specific city or region. Callers often trust and recognize local numbers, which can improve answer rates for outbound campaigns. Local numbers are the most affordable option and are available in most countries.
Toll-free numbers (such as 800, 888, or 0800 numbers) are free for the caller to dial. They project a national presence and are commonly used for customer service lines. Toll-free numbers are slightly more expensive to rent and are not available in all countries.
Inbound vs. Outbound Calling Rates
Per-minute rates differ depending on whether the call is inbound (someone calling your number) or outbound (your assistant placing a call). Outbound calls also vary by destination country. You can view the full rate card in your billing settings under Call Rates.
SMS Pricing
SMS messages are charged per segment (typically 160 characters for standard SMS). Numbers marked as "SMS Capable" can send and receive text messages. Not all countries support SMS on the same number used for voice calls — in some regions, a separate SMS-capable number may be required.
