You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Additional usage beyond your plan's included minutes is billed at the per-minute rate specified in your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Live Bots 365 complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, GDPR, HIPAA, and FDCPA. Live Bots 365 provides tools to help with compliance but does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.
Live Bots 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
